I’ve avoided making an episode where I share the tools and techniques that help me keep my life organized because my focus as a coach is always to help you find what fits YOU and your life. Today I decided to offer a more detailed view of the systems that work for me in hopes that these details might inspire you and encourage you to see if they might work for you as well. This week, in episode 178 of the Positively Living Podcast, I’m sharing 7 techniques and tools I use as a productivity expert!

In this episode of the Positively Living Podcast, I’m sharing productivity techniques I use regularly, the tools that correspond with them, and I explain WHY they work for me to help you determine if they might work for you too.

The 7 tools and techniques I cover in this episode include:

  1. Regularly doing a mind sweep.
  2. Creating daily/weekly task lists.
  3. Automating my tasks.
  4. Creating templates for repeat tasks.
  5. Building out checklists.
  6. Leveraging scheduling and reminders.
  7. Having a command center.

Just because a technique or tool works well for someone else doesn’t mean it is going to work for you. But you can take what others do as inspiration for what to research and try out as you explore what works best for YOU.

Thank you for listening! If you enjoyed this episode, take a screenshot of the episode to post in your stories and tag me!  And don’t forget to follow, rate, and review the podcast and tell me your key takeaways!
