Strategy, simply put, is a plan of action that properly connects to our objectives and directly links to how we reach our goals the right way. Without a strategy, we do not have the clarity to make intentional and effective choices on how and what to delegate. This week, episode 150 of the Positively Living Podcast is about how to delegate effectively as an entrepreneur!

In this episode of the Positively Living Podcast, my guest (& biz bestie) Liz August shares why it’s important to take the time to figure out what needs to happen and the best way to do it before handing it off to someone and she gives you simple and effective steps to begin strategizing on your own.

Liz and I cover the following topics:

  • Why entrepreneurs have a difficult time delegating their tasks.
  • What strategy looks like in admin and tech delegation.
  • Focusing your attention on the customer/client journey to benefit them as well as yourself.
  • A simple strategy for creating SOPs (standard operating procedures).

Strategy is not only critical for my work in holistic productivity but it’s essential for effective delegation so your team can do productive work, not just busy work.
