While tapping into your gratitude and expressing it can be achieved in many ways, there is a reason gratitude journaling is so popular. It’s incredibly effective so I would be doing you a disservice if I didn’t expand on the benefits of this particular practice. This week, episode 183 of the Positively Living Podcast is about no fail gratitude journal approach for your busy life!

In this episode of the Positively Living Podcast, I share why journaling is a powerful tool for mental health and business for self-discovery and development. I also give you actionable steps to take right now to go deeper with your gratitude practice through journaling.

I cover the following topics:

  • A review of gratitude and why we need to practice it.
  • How, despite being a creative, I struggled with bullet journaling.
  • A 5-step approach to get past the challenges and get into the habit of gratitude journaling.
  • Why you do NOT want to ask “What am I grateful for?” and what to do instead (using similar words to reframe your thoughts)
  • A set of gratitude prompts to get you started.

As you move forward with this practice I hope that when you read back what you’re grateful for it surprises and delights you, as well as fills and heals your heart.
